Gymout — session pulse
Stamp each session with mood faces, weekday-hour slots, and a logbook that reveals repeating patterns.
Personal gym energy diary — patterns from your own stamps, not a social feed.
Streaks, weekly goals, effort trends, face mix, milestones, and a thirty-day strip you can tap to open matching logs.
See which weekday plus hour repeats across thirty days, compare two slots, and browse a week-by-hour heatmap.
Guided wizard or one-tap quick exit — every stamp stores face, effort, focus, and time for later filtering.
Real iPhone captures from Gymout.
Gymout stores workout stamps, mood faces, effort levels, training focus tags, and timestamps on your device. The app does not require an account to log sessions. Data you enter stays in local app storage unless you choose to export or share text from the logbook using system share sheets.
We do not sell personal information. Gymout is designed as a personal training diary: no in-app social network, no public profiles, and no advertising identifiers tied to your gym logs.
If you contact support by email, we use your message only to respond. Email content is not linked to your on-device stamps unless you include identifying details yourself.
Analytics are limited to what is needed to keep the app stable on your device. You can delete stamps inside the app; removing the app from your iPhone deletes local Gymout data stored by the application.
Updates to this policy may appear on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
